Once the session has been scheduled, the host can invite teachers, moderators and students into the session by sharing with them the host's link, moderator's link and participant's link respectively. The link can be mailed to the students or shared on the group etc.
Apart from this, the host can directly invite the students by selecting the appropriate participants who will be mailed about the session. This can be done in the following manner:
Select the 'participants' option after the session has been scheduled.
Click on the 'invite' button and select the desired participants to be invited to the classroom. The selected candidates will be mailed regarding the session.
It must be ensured that the host shares the link appropriately. Any discrepancy in sharing the link may result in reversing the roles of the members of the classroom.
